CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

HAMDEN ICE ACADEMY HOCKEY AND SKATING PROGRAMS

Following enrollment in a Hamden Ice Academy Program we will gladly refund a player's enrollment fee, or the prorated unused portion if the program has already begun, upon player injury and enrollment of a replacement player. A $25.00 Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund due.

* * *  Please note that this policy only applies to programs where player payment is made directly to the Hamden Ice Academy. For outside programs held at the Hamden Ice Academy, run by other individuals, or entities, players should contact the program operator for the cancellation and refund policy.

                                                     ICE RENTALS

Following confirmed ice rentals, the Hamden Ice Academy will refund any prepaid rental fees only upon 24 hours notice, and re-rental of the ice time.  A $25.00 Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund due.
